Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

This application ("the App") is an internal tool operated by Arithma Digital LLC ("Arithma Digital", "we", "us"), a Delaware limited liability company providing software development and IT consulting services, for managing advertising through the Meta Marketing API. Access is restricted to our authorized team members, who agree to these terms by using the App.

2. Purpose & permitted use

The App is used solely to create, manage and measure advertising for our own business and for business assets we own or are authorized to manage. It may not be used to access, manage, or act on assets we do not own or are not authorized to manage, and must be used in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Advertising Policies.

3. Accounts & credentials

The App has no public sign-up or login. Users are responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential. Access tokens are issued only for business assets we own or are authorized to manage, and may be revoked at any time.

4. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for advertising outcomes, third-party (Meta) service availability, or indirect damages arising from use of the App.

5. Third-party services

The App relies on Meta's APIs and is subject to Meta's terms, availability and rate limits. We are not responsible for changes or interruptions on Meta's side. How we handle data in connection with the App is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Delaware.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
